Adults can be amazing: some of them work hard, some create wonderful machines and art, most look after children, and many tackle life's challenges bravely.

Adults can also be shocking: some moan about their jobs, most never have enough money, some neglect children and are unkind, and many are violent - fighting endless wars and killing one another.
